These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Agenttrading website and service. By using our services you agree to these Terms.

The service

Agenttrading is an AI trading assistant for research and strategy analysis. It takes a plain-English thesis or a ticker and produces a fundamentals summary, a rule-based backtest on historical market data, a plain-English risk explanation, and a verdict describing how the rule behaved in past markets.

Educational analysis, not investment advice

Agenttrading provides educational and informational analysis only. It is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and nothing it produces is investment, legal, or tax advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. The service never executes trades, never connects to a brokerage account, and never gives personalized recommendations. Backtest results describe the past: past performance does not guarantee future results, and no output of the service is a prediction or promise of future performance. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions, and you should consult a licensed financial advisor before acting on anything.

Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must give an accurate email address and keep your access credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to, interfering with the service, reverse-engineering it, redistributing our data or analyses as your own service, or using it to violate any law or third-party right, including securities laws.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis as shown at signup, in US dollars. Current plans are Starter at $19 per month, Analyst at $49 per month, and Pro at $129 per month, with yearly billing at a discount and Enterprise terms by agreement. You can cancel anytime; your plan then runs to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or under any money-back period we offer. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Your research stays yours

You retain all rights to the theses you enter and to the analyses generated from them. We use your inputs solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We claim no ownership over your research.

Data and accuracy

Analyses are built from historical market data and public filings that we believe to be reliable but do not warrant to be complete or error-free. Adjustments, assumptions, and data ranges are listed with every backtest so you can evaluate them. Sample analyses, metrics, and verdicts shown on this site are historical illustrations only.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Enterprise plans may include specific service-level agreements.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including any warranty that any analysis is accurate, complete, or suitable for any investment purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agenttrading is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment decision made based on the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, we will delete or return your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
