Cheddar Flow pricing and price of Standard, Pro and Pro Annual, with the yearly cost

Cheddar Flow sells three ways to pay for one options order flow platform: Standard at $85 a month after a 7-day trial, Pro at $99 a month, and Pro Annual shown as $75 a month. The pricing page and the refund policy do not say the same thing about refunds, and the cheapest plan over a full year is not the one labelled Standard.

In short

Cheddar Flow costs $85 a month for the Standard plan after a 7-day free trial, $99 a month for the Professional plan, and $75 a month on the Pro Annual plan, which its refund policy prices at $891 a year. Pro adds gamma exposure, dark pool orders and levels, a custom watchlist builder and AI power alerts. A year of Pro Annual ($891) costs less than twelve months of Standard ($1,020), so anyone staying past about ten and a half months pays less for more on Pro Annual. The April 2026 refund policy allows a self-service refund within 48 hours of a charge, while the FAQ on the pricing page still says all payments are non-refundable. AgentTrading is not a flow service. It backtests an options or stock rule across 20+ years on the Analyst plan at $99 a month, bought online, with no execution and no personalized advice.

HOW IT WORKS - 4 STEPS

From a sentence to a stamped verdict

01

Start the Standard trial

Watch the flow during the session for a week and note whether it changes a single trade you place.

02

Decide before day 7

Do not upgrade inside the trial, since that forfeits it and charges you immediately.

03

Go annual only if you will stay

If you will use it for more than ten and a half months, Pro Annual at $891 costs less than Standard.

04

Test the rule behind the trade

If you keep acting on the same kind of print, run that rule on options backtesting to see how it did across 20+ years.

On the same bench

Cheddar Flow is a browser and mobile service that shows options order flow in real time: large and unusual option trades as they print, with filters, alerts and, on the higher plan, dark pool trades and gamma exposure. We read its pricing page, the FAQ under it with every answer expanded, its refund policy and its terms of service on October 21, 2026 in a rendered browser. Both legal pages say "Last Update: April 2026". Prices and quotes below come from those pages. Where a number is our arithmetic, we say so.

PlanPrice as shownBilledTwelve monthsFree trial
Standard$0 for 7 days, then $85 a monthMonthly$1,020Yes, one 7-day trial
Professional (Pro Monthly)$99 a monthMonthly$1,188No
Pro Annual$75 a month, "Save 25% For 12 Months"Once a year, $891 in the refund policy$891No

The twelve-month column is ours. The $891 figure is the one Cheddar Flow uses as its own example in the refund policy ("Annual plan ($891)"). It works out to $74.25 a month and to exactly 25% off twelve months of Pro Monthly, so the "$75 /mo" on the card is a rounded number. Payment is by credit or debit card only.

How much does Cheddar Flow cost?

Cheddar Flow costs $85 a month on the Standard plan once the 7-day free trial ends, $99 a month on the Professional plan, and $891 a year on the Pro Annual plan, which the pricing card shows as $75 a month. There is no free tier. The trial applies to Standard only: both Pro cards say "Free trial period not available."

One line on the page is out of step with the rest. The Standard card says "$0 for 7 days, then $85/mo", and a footnote under the same card says "After 1 month, then $85 per month". The FAQ describes a 7-day trial on a calendar schedule, so read the footnote as a leftover from an older offer and check the checkout screen before you enter a card. The page also carried an "Offer Ends In" countdown that read zero days, zero hours, zero minutes on the day we looked.

Cheddar Flow Standard vs Pro

Both plans show the same live options flow. The difference is everything beyond the option prints themselves.

"No" means the feature is not listed on the Standard card; Pro lists "All standard plan features" plus the five extras. On monthly billing the five extras cost $14 a month, or $168 a year.

Is Cheddar Flow Pro Annual cheaper than Standard?

Yes, over a full year. Twelve months of Standard cost $1,020. Pro Annual costs $891 and includes everything in Standard plus gamma exposure, dark pool data and AI power alerts. That is $129 less for the bigger plan, by our arithmetic. The catch is the commitment: Standard is cheaper only if you will stop within about ten and a half months ($891 divided by $85). So the honest sequence is to use the Standard trial to decide whether you will read flow at all, and if you will, skip a long run of Standard months and move to Pro Annual.

Moving between plans is allowed. The FAQ says you can upgrade from Standard to Pro or downgrade back "from your profile", and "the amount due for a new subscription will automatically be prorated based on the amount of days used." One trap sits in the trial: "If you choose to upgrade to the Pro or Annual plan within your free trial period, you will forfeit that option and be charged for upgrading." Finish the trial on Standard before you upgrade.

Does Cheddar Flow give refunds?

It depends which Cheddar Flow page you read, and the newer one is the better news. The FAQ on the pricing page answers "What is the refund policy?" with "All payments made are non-refundable and we do not offer pro-rated refunds." The separate refund policy, last updated April 2026, says something different. It offers a self-service refund in the app "within 48 hours of the charge" for a post-trial charge, a monthly renewal, or an annual purchase or renewal. After 48 hours you "may still be eligible for a prorated refund based on unused time", with "a late refund fee of 20% of the plan price" on the annual plan ($178.20 on $891) and "a flat $30 late refund fee" on monthly Pro. The terms of service, also April 2026, repeat the 48-hour window and the 20% fee.

So the written policy is more generous than the FAQ, and most third-party reviews still quote the FAQ. Two practical points follow. Set a reminder for the trial end and for each renewal date, because the 48-hour window is short. And if you need a refund later than that, email support rather than looking for a button, since the policy says late refunds "are not issued automatically".

Rules that come with the subscription

The terms are strict about sharing. You agree not to share your account or password, and "if it is found that your account is being accessed simultaneously from multiple locations, the system will auto-lock the account for a minimum 24-hour period." Logging in on a work laptop while your phone app is open in another place can trip that, so keep it to one person and one location at a time. Redistribution is banned outright: scraping or extracting data "for use in any external applications including but not limited to Discord, Slack, and Twitter" gets the account banned "without notice and no refunds will be issued." Cheddar Flow sells its own Discord bots separately for that use.

The terms also describe the data as informational and say it does "not constitute investment advice", and that the service carries a risk of "errors, delays, interruptions". A flow print is a record of someone else's trade, not a recommendation, and it does not say whether that trade was a hedge, a spread leg or a closing order.

What the Cheddar Flow price does not buy

It does not buy a test of your own strategy. "On-demand historical data" on the plan card means you can look back at past flow, not that the platform runs a trading rule over past years and reports how it would have done. We found no backtesting feature on the pricing page or in the plan lists. That gap matters, because the trades flow traders copy are mostly short-dated options, and whether "buy calls when a large sweep prints" has ever made money after costs is a question only history answers.

Our options backtesting runs an options rule, such as a monthly covered call or a put spread with fixed delta and exit, across 20+ years of history with costs on every trade, and stamps it held up, mixed or underperformed against simply holding the stock. If the flow idea is really a stock idea, for example buying shares after unusual call volume, the same test runs on stocks in our backtesting software. We do not sell flow, alerts or a live chain. For a side-by-side with the other large flow service, read Cheddar Flow vs Unusual Whales, and for the flow tier inside an options builder, see OptionStrat pricing. The two other services buyers weigh against it are covered on BlackBoxStocks pricing and in our FlowAlgo review.

Who should pay for Cheddar Flow, and who should not

Pay for it if you trade short-dated options during market hours and reading large prints is part of your routine. Start on the Standard trial, and if you are still opening it every session after a week, move to Pro Annual rather than staying on monthly Standard, since the yearly maths favors it. Pay for Pro Monthly only if you want dark pool levels and gamma exposure but are not sure you will last a year. Skip it if you hold positions for months, because real-time flow is a session tool and $1,020 a year is a lot for something you check once a week.

And if your real question is whether a strategy works at all, test it before you subscribe to anything that feeds you trades. That takes one sentence on the Analyst plan at $99 a month.

QUESTIONS - ASKED AND ANSWERED

Cheddar Flow pricing questions and answers

How much does Cheddar Flow cost?

Cheddar Flow costs $85 a month for the Standard plan after a 7-day free trial and $99 a month for the Professional plan. The Pro Annual plan is shown as $75 a month and priced at $891 a year in Cheddar Flow's refund policy. There is no free tier, and payment is by credit or debit card only.

Is Cheddar Flow worth it?

Cheddar Flow is worth it for an active options trader who reads flow during market hours every day, and the best value is Pro Annual at $891 a year, which costs less than a year of Standard. It is poor value for a long-term investor who checks positions weekly, since the product is built around the live session.

Does Cheddar Flow have a free trial?

Yes, on the Standard plan only. Cheddar Flow offers one free 7-day trial, after which the card is billed $85 a month unless you cancel. The Pro Monthly and Pro Annual plans have no trial, and upgrading to Pro during the trial forfeits the rest of it and charges you for the upgrade.

Does Cheddar Flow offer refunds?

Yes, within limits. Cheddar Flow's April 2026 refund policy allows a self-service refund within 48 hours of a post-trial charge, renewal or annual purchase. Later refunds are prorated and carry a 20% fee on annual plans or a $30 fee on monthly Pro. The FAQ on the pricing page still says all payments are non-refundable.

What is the difference between Cheddar Flow Standard and Pro?

Both include real-time order flow, advanced filters, unusual volume, flow overview insights, historical flow lookups and Cheddar AI. Pro adds gamma exposure, a custom watchlist builder, dark pool orders, dark pool levels and AI power alerts, for $14 more a month on monthly billing.

Is Cheddar Flow cheaper than Unusual Whales?

No. Unusual Whales Retail Basic is $50 a month or $504 a year, and Retail Pro is $75 a month or $756 a year, against $85 a month for Cheddar Flow Standard and $891 a year for Pro Annual. Unusual Whales also has a free tier on two-day delayed flow, which Cheddar Flow does not.

Does Cheddar Flow have backtesting?

We found no backtesting feature on Cheddar Flow's pricing page or plan lists. Its on-demand historical data lets you look up past flow, but it does not run a trading rule across past years and report the result. To test a rule such as buying calls after large sweeps, you need a separate backtesting tool.

Can I share a Cheddar Flow account?

No. The terms of service forbid sharing an account or password, and the system auto-locks an account for at least 24 hours if it detects simultaneous logins from multiple locations. Redistributing the data to Discord, Slack or Twitter can get the account banned without a refund.

How do I cancel Cheddar Flow?

Log in and go to Profile, then Payment Info, and click Cancel Subscription, according to the pricing page FAQ. Cheddar Flow says it is the customer's responsibility to confirm the cancellation. If you were just charged, the refund policy offers a self-service refund in the app within 48 hours of the charge.
